The new Cologne University Catalogue
Dear students, dear users of our library!
The software of our current research system (UCL-Portal) will soon no longer be supported. But don't worry, we have developed a new catalogue, the Cologne University Catalogue.
From now on you can try it out as part of a beta test.
You have access to
- more than 13 million books, journals and e-media
- more than 53 million articles, most of which are available electronically
- electronic journals and databases directly on the catalogue's homepage.
For literature not available at our university, please refer to the separate interlibrary loan portal provided by the Hochschulbibliothekszentrum nrw for all university libraries in NRW.
Similar to the UCL-Portal, all user functions (account query, order, reserve ...) are available to you.
We know that it can take a while to get used to a new system. Therefore, we recommend that you already familiarise yourself with the Cologne University Catalogue. Please understand if not everything works smoothly yet. With every search you help us to improve the new Cologne University Catalogue.
